SCOTT WEITZ, Designated Broker
Scott Weitz's education started with business before venturing into law at Arizona State University and Taxation Law at the University of Washington. He went on to open a boutique law firm in Kirkland. During this time, he found his passion in Commercial Real Estate, specifically around investments and as a result Weitz Commercial was formed in 2012.
Mr. Weitz prides himself on providing a broad spectrum of business acumen that encompasses legal, business, estate planning, and real estate knowledge. Having this array of expertise has enabled him to best assist his clients around both short term needs and long-term plans with proven success. When not negotiating deals or writing contracts, Scott loves to spend time with his daughters Kate and Samantha, travel, and get in some golf time with friends and business colleagues.

JEFF BOWERS, Broker
Meet Jeff. Jeff Bowers, DC is originally from Madison, WI and has a Biology degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. Jeff has been a chiropractor in the greater Seattle area since 1999 who continues to practice and see patients in his Seattle and Kirkland offices.
As a business owner since 1999, Jeff has been through the ups and downs that businesses endure. He is committed to helping individuals who are looking to sell or purchase a business as someone who has firsthand knowledge of being in the game. As a chiropractor with many years of service experience, Jeff’s customer-centric background aligns perfectly with Weitz Commercial's mission to provide the very best in customer service and accessibility.
When not treating patients or helping clients, Jeff loves to spend time with his wife Dawn and their sons Brecken and Brody, travel to surf and ski destinations and being on a soccer field watching his boys compete.
RYAN WHITWORTH, Broker
Ryan lives in Snoqualmie Ridge with his wife and four children. He has years of real estate and remodeling experience. Ryan's enthusiasm for helping others and his experience in working with investors offers a unique perspective and advantage. He is excellent at connecting with clients and provide them with the best service possible.
For 15+ years, he has served as an Executive Director of an early learning company where he learned negotiation expertise and organization of complex projects. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys exercising, snow skiing, traveling, and concerts of all music genres and spending time with his kids and family.
